Guest guest
Dear Kelly: My first exposure to Ayurveda was Deepak Chopra's "Perfect Health". At the Golden Temple site (use Search/Browse All Herbs), you can get a variety of information (not just ayurvedic) on many herbs - that site is http://www.goldentemple.com Here is a website which is working on creating a complete database of ayurvedic plants. It also has an excellent set of links through which you can probably find answers to many of your questions: http://www.pharm.uu.nl/home/smit/ And here is a link to the National Institute of Ayurvedic Medicine: http://niam.com/corp-web/index.htm Love & blessings, Sadhant
