Guest guest
Hello, I'm recently reading a book about breathing techniques. I'm trying to comine breathing with kundalini related exercises. I find it enjoiable to combine in my mind different exercises . I practice in the morning when I wake up . I deeply breathe with my lower abdomen moving my diafram down when I inhale and up when I exale and keeping abdomen full of air so to be the first to dilate and the last to contract ... Then I feel a kind of "awakening..down the vertebral column"it is like hot air moving up faster than the air I exale when breathing. I read that when you fell your column not straight it might be your liver, is it true? Thanks, Gabriele Betti
