Guest guest
I recently read through a copy of Yogi Bhajan's book called "Acient Art of Self-Healing...." There is a curry recipe which includes onions, garlic, watermelon, pumpkin seeds, among many ingredients. But there is no amounts! I am wondering if the amounts for this recipie can be found anywhere. I searched the web, bot none of the currys match completely. Thank you, Deb

Guest guest
> so how do you prepare it? Mix 1/4 C of yoghurt (buttermilk) with the garbanzo flour and stir until you have a smooth paste, then stir in the rest of the yoghurt. Saute onions in ghee until clear/golden brown. Add chiles, ginger, garlic, saute until golden (not the chiles). Add turmeric and saute on low heat until golden brown, then add other spices, then add the yoghurt mixture, then the lemon juice. Continue cooking at low heat, and add zucchinis, nuts & seeds and continue to simmer until zucchinis are soft. I expect a dinner invitation Love & blessings, Sadhant
