Guest guest
Hello, I just bought "Transitions to a Heart-Centered World" for a friend who wants to start doing K.Y. Her goals are to be really grounded, work on her digestion and elimination, to live in her heart, and to love, honor and be strong in her body. I do K.Y. but don't teach, so I wanted to post these questions. Which Kriyas from this above mentioned book should she focus on? thanks Steven
Guest guest
Sat Nam Steven! > I just bought "Transitions to a Heart-Centered World" for a friend Great book, isn't it? There are many wonderful sets and meditations that have helped me in this book. > who wants to start doing K.Y. For those particular issues, I would start with "GRK's Strengthening the Navel Center, elimination, digestion, etc." on page 36 or "Navel Center & Elimination" on page 48 For the heart-center work, I'd try "Heart of Gold" on page 59, or "Heart Opener" on page 53. Of course, we are all different, and sometime it is best to experiment a bit, and try out some different sets to see how they make you (her) feel. All love surround you, Sadhant
