Guest guest
I am 56 years old, a lifelong musician, and currently am sound & lighting tech for a Nevada Casino. I have tried just about everything of of a self-improvement nature since the sixties with a heavy emphasis on all types of meditation. The proliferation of web information relating to my interests is both thrilling and frightening. When I found the kundalini yoga site and got involved with the free lessons and read the Yogi Bhajan information I felt as though the search was over; I'm home at last. Thank You. Guest guest
Dear Hariyanto, > What I want to know, why my energy that's wake in me is so little, not so big as I read in many yoga - kundalini books. > I practices several yoga positions, meditating, breathing exercises every day. > > Please give me guidance to wake up my true full kundalini. The gift is consciousness and awareness. The big bang is not what we are after. Consciousness unfolds slowly and gently. Allow it to be so. You are probably more awake than you think. You may want to add some kundalini yoga kryias to your Taoist practice. That could facilitate your awakening.
