Sat Nam,

 

Happy New Year Everyone! I apologize if there are too many messages. I am

devoting the first day of the year to reducing the number of emails in my in

box.

 

I wanted to acknowlege two things that Jacqui shared.

 

> I too have been going through my own persoal nightmare for many years. I

have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

 

We all have some kind of internal nightmare going. PTSD is on the high end

of internal trauma. However, we all can benefit from two things.

 

when an attack of fear or whatever comes, don't fight it. Breathe easily

and just look at what it is your fear. This sounds contradictory to what you

have been doing up to now and so it is. But do remember that while you are

unwilling to face your fears, they will keep ruling you. Meditation and

contemplation, together with gentle Yoga and the mantra SATANAMA helped me

a lot.
