Guest guest
Sat Nam m-c: For me, the most effective exercise for flu & colds works like this: Get into a very hot bath, submerging completely. For fifteen minutes, repeat this cycle: Inhale, exhale, hold the breath out, and pump the navel 26 times. Afterward, take a tepid shower, and wrap up in blankets for at least an hour. This is particularly effective when done at the beginning of virus signs, and is very useful for detoxification at any time. Many blessings, Sadhant
