I would like to know of steps a woman can take during here montly cycle to help

balance herself.

I do not feel sick or get cramps but during the few days before it's like

everything turns upside down. Things seems to go wrong , things that for the

majority of the time go smoothly, like relationships, and things related to

jobs. I drop things and misplace things. I honestly don't feel I am acting any

different, but the results seems to come out like I am. THANK GOODNESS its only

for 2 or 3 days. But I would like to know if there are any steps I can take to

help lessen this sequence of events.

Thank you so much and many blessings.

Debbie....

Don't apologize to the men!! :o) I'm sure they would be happy to hear of

ways that us women can get through PMS without affecting those around us. I,

personally, go through a personal hell for about a week before ranging from

mood swings to really painful breasts to achy muscles to fatigue... you name

it!! I would LOVE to know of ways to bring myself back into balance through

kundalini. I have knowledge of herbs which I am now implementing into my

system and it is helping but if there are any breathing exercises that help,

I would be grateful to hear of them.

Dear Deb, women and friends of women,

Camel pose done every day helps reduce cramps and pain of PMS. Also do leg

lifts every day and other leg and navel excercises. Keep the energy moving

in the abdominal area. Get enough exercise.

I know it doesn't work in this busy world, but women are supposed to

meditate and stay inward during their period.

I also have some minerals that have dramatically reduced PMS for some women.

Make sure you get enough minerals. If you want to try mine write me OFF

List. They are $35 for a 2 1/2 month supply (which is a good price.)

kslim,

I will also speak on my behalf that in no way did I imply that I or anyone

here hates men... quite the contrary. I think that men should be involved

and understand the cycles that women go through.

Sorry that you thought that...
