The positive impact was immediate! The difficulty has been in finding an "active" Kundalini instructor or yoga studio that offers Kundalini in Portland, Oregon. This came as a big surprise to me. I have searched , 3HO, asked for referrals from the studio in Austin and am not having much luck so far. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations? I am surprised that you are having problems finding someone. One of my partners for white tantric at Summer Solstice was a newly qualified teacher from there, and she told me that KY was big around that area. Sat Nam! You can access the complete IKYTA teachers directory at: www.kundaliniyoga.com There are 7 teachers listed for Portland, so you have some choice. I know her and I think she has been practising kundalini yoga pretty much her whole life. Her mother is a long time teacher in Buffalo, NY (near my hometown). So you see, you have many options! We had a student from from the KYtraining list come to summer solstice in New Mexico last summer. She was from Portland and said she didn't know any teachers there. She met one at solstice who lived down the street.
