Guest guest
Many, many messages back, there was a recipe for homemade yogi tea. It might have been from Sadhant. Just wanted to extend my belated thanks. It has become our very favourite beverage and I often make a batch each day. We absolutely love it and definitely do not miss coffee. I have found some of the boxed Yogi Teas at natural foods stores and they are wonderful too. Particularly the Cinnamon Spice, Classic India Spice and Jamaican Roast Tea. One of the stores had a display of Peace Cereals, also produced by Golden Temple, and these too have become our favourite cereals. Excellent products, fine quality and reasonably priced. (No, nobody's paying me a commission to post all these compliments!! LOL I just love the products!) Back to my nice hot cup o' tea. Guest guest
About the Yogi Tea recipe, I have a question. The recipe calls for a measure of black tea. Does this mean brewed, or dry tea? Thanks, Tammy nayrawara wrote: > Many, many messages back, there was a recipe for homemade yogi tea. > It might have been from Sadhant. Just wanted to extend my belated > thanks. Guest guest
Sat Nam Yogi Tea lovers! > The recipe calls for a measure of black tea. Does this mean >brewed, or dry tea? Dry tea - I usually use a tea bag, as you don't want to leave any tea in, particularly in larger batches, as you will get far too much tannic acid. Speaking of larger batches, I like to brew up a huge pot every 10 days or so (it should be good for a couple of weeks in the fridge), which is very convenient. If you do this, make it without milk, and add the milk when you re-heat it. Love with milk and honey, Sadhant
