Guest guest
Sat Nam... I was wondering if there is a movement that may substitute for full spinal rolls while my spine is recouping from bruising. I have tried crossing the ankles and tilt-lifting the hips instead, but my mid-upper back feels left out. The other thing I have tried... and it is borderline as to whether I'm comfortable doing this... is spinal rolling with my arms on the ground at my sides to support the flow back and forth (taking some of the weight off of my spine). Rolling on a futon seems to be ok, but my interest is in finding a substitute movement I may use on my mats during sets where I don't want to get up and travel across the house and back. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Nina

Wiggle your spine and back to move the energy in places that you cannot roll on it. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
