Guest guest
Dear Sadhant, >> Can you use soy milk instead of cow's milk? >Sure, soy, almond, rice, goat's milk, whatever you prefer. I was wondering if that's the same for recipes like golden milk, sesame-ginger milk, mango-lassi, etc. Does the milk have any specific properties or is it OK to substitute in any of these recipes? Sure, you can substitute in other recipes as well. My experience has been that the cow's milk seems more soothing to my stomach - the milk in yogi tea, for example, is (among other things) to avoid irritation to the stomach and colon, and I find the cow's milk more effective in that regard.
