Re: step 2, when it comes to lovering the chin "into" the cavity between collar bones, is it ok to lower it "towards" (as far as it will go)? What does it mean by "inhale and exhale by inches? 2. Long and deep, getting longer and deeper. You can feel the lengh of the breath in terms of inches > > 2. Should one raise the head before beginning step 3 or 4? Keep the neck lock.
