Guest guest
Sat Nam Mara! The fundamental "Sat Nam" meditation is, of course, Sat Kriya. As YB has said, if we have time for nothing else, this is the kriya to practice every day, and as a teacher of KY, this is an important kriya to work with. Kirtan Kriya, sometimes called the SaTaNaMa meditation, is another important meditation (SaTaNaMa is the primal form of Sat Nam). These meditations can be found in many KY books, including several of Gururattan Kaur's books, and you can also find descriptions on the website. Many blessings, Sadhant P.S. in regards to "I find it much easier to meditate in stillness" I think we all do, but what is easiest is not necessarily what is most helpful for us at any given time: my first teacher taught me to choose 40-day sets based on what I found the most difficult, as this helps one address our current challenges directly. And what isn't easy at first can completely change in character in the course of a 40-day set. I did Sodarshan Chakra Kriya for 40 days during my teacher training. At first I found it very difficult and most unpleasant. By the time I was halfway through, I absolutely loved it, and still do!
