Guest guest
I am currently enrolled in the KY Master's Touch Teacher Training course. Part of the class requirements is that I do a 40-day meditation. I have researched the web and at least four popular books but have not found the type of meditation that suits me. The type of meditation I feel I need would be one to strengthen my courage (or aura?) to influence my words and actions to project my True Self at all times. I assumed this would be some sort of "Sat Nam" meditation, although I have not yet found any formal structured meditations given by Yogi Bhajan with this mantra. Ideally I would prefer a simple meditation without excessive hand gestures or complex mantras, as I find it much easier to meditate in stillness. Has anyone come across a "Yogi-Bhajan approved" meditation that might promote the "sat nam" qualities I seek? All suggestions welcome.
