Guest guest
Dear Kristin, Usually the relaxation comes after the exercises and then the meditation. However, if you rest between the exercises and the last excercise puts you into a meditative state then you can meditate after the exercises. You don't want to lose the meditative state if the exercises have built up to that. Also if the set is very physical and your body needs to come to stillness, then it is best to do the deep relax first. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur > I am just starting to practice yoga at home.
