Guest guest
I have another shower question too . I have extremely dry skin and eczema, and the additives in the water aggravate both conditions. I've tried using the oil ect. but the whole process of the hot and cold shower doesn't seem to agree with my skin. I've tried washing at night, and just doing the cold shower in the morning , but that makes it worse. It may have something to do with the weather - we're actually havving a winter here in the south for a change - but I've given up the cold shower for the moment.. It makes me feel worse rather than better. Has anyone any ideas for dealing with this ? Love and blessings, Avtar Kaur ______________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO! Guest guest
Dear Avtar Kaur, > I have extremely dry skin and eczema, and the additives in the water aggravate both conditions. Try treating your condition internally. And more natural oils to your diet, olive, almond, aprocot. Buy a shower head that takes the additives out. There are many available. Although the water pressure is less, the water is less toxic.
