Another Shower Question

I have another shower question too .

 

I have extremely dry skin and eczema, and the additives in the water

aggravate both conditions. I've tried using the oil ect. but the whole

process of the hot and cold shower doesn't seem to agree with my skin.

I've tried washing at night, and just doing the cold shower in the

morning , but that makes it worse. It may have something to do with

the weather - we're actually havving a winter here in the south for a

change - but I've given up the cold shower for the moment.. It makes me

feel worse rather than better. Has anyone any ideas for dealing with

this ?

Try treating your condition internally. And more natural oils to your diet,

olive, almond, aprocot.

 

Buy a shower head that takes the additives out. There are many available.

Although the water pressure is less, the water is less toxic.

I understand that. If feel lousy if I can't take a cold shower.
