Guest guest
I am very happy that there is a list such as this one. What has prompted me to start this form of yoga, was when I visited a friend's home, she had a video of kundalini yoga (commercially produced)and I just sat and watched it. It resonated strongly with me so I began searching on the Net and found the Yoga Tech site...wonderful!I have tried other forms of yoga, but did not derive as much benefit as I would have liked due to my not being able to conform my body to many of the asanas. I am looking forward to training and learning from Gururattan. Thank you for being available, I send prayers and good vibes that all that is needed for your vision will be made available. lily

It is based on activation through movement, rhythm, breath and postures. So if you can do something, you still get great results. > I send prayers and good vibes that all that is needed for your vision will be made available.
