Guest guest
During my relaxation time following my mantras, in certain areas of my body it feels like parts of me are tingling...like when your foot first begins to fall asleep. It a neat feeling, (you can tell Im a newbie eh?lol) but I am not sure what do do with it. It seems strongest at my hands and feet, and where my body is connected to the floor. But very weak in the areas of my chakras, where I assume I should be feeling something? It seems to move where I focus my concentration. So I am wondering should I be directing it anywhere? Or a certain direction? Visualizing something? Thanks so much, Deb
Guest guest
I am a newbie myself, I was lead to do Kundalini through dabbling into a little bit of earth/animal magic. I wondered if anyone was experiencing a pulsating sensation (very strong, like when your heart pumps hard during a run) located about 5 inches up from navel just under sternum? Is this the energy? It is during chanting a mantra . I also have heat in hands and feet. But sometimes I get so cold! Any input would be great! I also feel great! thanks Debbie Sat Nam

So I am wondering should I be directing it anywhere? No. During relaxtion, do nothing. Be with what is happening. Enjoy it and let the energy circulate and adjust and align. Or a certain direction? Visualizing something? Do not visualize. Let it be. The less you try to control, the more the energy flows. Relaxation is to let go.
