Guest guest
Hi! I'm very new to this. I notice everyone has had some experience or is already advanced to 15+ lessons. So, what now? Do I just begin with the first few lessons and just do the exercises in those lessons? Is there anyone else in this group that is just starting in the first 3 lessons? I have really enjoyed just reading some of the posts, it excites me and makes me want to do this even more and to catch up with everyone! Thanks in advance for your help. Sat Nam Deanna Like yourself I am a relative newbie and trying to catch up. Although I am receiving and reading the latest lessons I have been working through the early ones in order so that I do not miss anything or try to run before I can crawl. I think I am gradually catching up if I can perform the given sets and meditations for 40 days in a row as instructed (although I have sometimes needed a day or two off for some reason or another and had to start again!) and I have now done the lesson 7 set for the last 30 days. It is a good idea to read a couple of lessons in advance to know where you are heading. I am greatly enjoying the course and feeling positive changes within myself, and I am confident that if I have any questions that I can ask for help from our dear teacher Gururattan and other wonderful persons on this list. I am sure that you will enjoy it too!! Blessings, Nick
Guest guest
Dear Nick. I appreciate you letter and how your are systematically going through the lessons. Your approach is great. Only one thing, there is more energy in simply doing the lessons instead of thinking about trying to catch up. Catch up puts you into a future mental state. Just be where you are and we will all be in the same place. Many blessings and Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
