Kundalini energy

When I did my kundalini practice today I again felt the burning heat in the

upper chakras, and instead of going on to a different set I continued to do the

same thing to feel this burning kundalini energy for a longer period of time.

Is this ideal ? I jest wanted to stay with this. Is there a length of time I

should stay with this? Or should I be doing something different to move the

kundalini energy even higher?

There is no ideal, just what works for you. But to continue to experience

new sensations and broaden your awareness is what KY is about.

As long as it is a powerful sensation or as long as you like.

 

Or should I be doing something different to move the kundalini energy even

higher?
