Somebody some time ago refered to a book called "Kundalini Awakening

- a gentle guide to

chakra activation and spiritual growth" by John Selby.

I got that book but i can not find any relation with YB in it, any

comment on him, any comment on KY. I wonder if the book is not

showing only a different path to awaken kundalini energie (only thrue

meditation, they dont talk about yoga or any krya).

As i am trying to focus on my readings on KY i wonder if this book

can really be a good source for me.

Well, i hope somebody can understand what i mean with all that, ;)

Sat Nam,

You are right there is no relationship with Yogi Bhajan.

You are right. It is a different path.

It sounds like it does not feel right to you. Follow your intuition. There

is certainly enough material written by Yogi Bhajan and his teachings to

keep you busy for a long time.

Yes. You don't want to confuse yourself by mixing up paths. Good guidance

on your part. Follow it.

Srimad Bagawatham, the Sacred Book of Hindus, describes the ten incarnations

of Lord Vishnu (God). This book is full of spiritual insights and commentaries

about life. It is revered by Hindus as a great scripture. The original is

written in Sanskrit but it is translated into almost all Indian Languages. There

are more than 6000 languages in India, so i will say Bagawatham is available in

most of the Indian languages. Bagawan is God and Bagawatham is the story of

Bagawan. Religious people use this book for daily reading. It is believed, that

by daily reading of this book " Moksha " or Liberation can be attained.
