Guest guest Posted February 9, 2001 Report Share Posted February 9, 2001 I understand that the kundalini energy starts at the base of the spine and ideally is awakened and moves upwards. Does the kundalini energy gradually move up to the higher chakras with the daily practice? Also, if the kundalini energy is in the upper chakras does it go back down to the lower chakras the next day or does it continue at that level?
