Guest guest
John, I have two versions of that meditation: one version from Prosperity Path, issue 37, and the other from Gururattan Kaur. Gururattan's version is the following: Me within me is the purity Me within me is the reality Me within me is the grace I am the master of the space. Repeat out loud for 11 minutes. Sit with a straight spine hands on the lap in Venus lock which means that the fingers are interlaced with the right thumb over the left thumb and the other fingers alternating accordingly. In Prosperity Paths: It is called the Meditation to Affirm Yourself and Your Prosperity Sit straight with erect, balanced spine. Place the palm of the left hand over the heart center at the middle of the chest. Place the right hand in a fist on the right side at the level of the shoulders with the elbow relaxed along the right side. Extend the index finger straight up toward the sky. Look down past the tip of the nose. Repeat this affirmation: Me within me is Reality Me within me is Beauty Me within me is Grace I hold this Space 11 minutes Sat Nam, Nirmal Kaur
Guest guest
Sat Nam, Several months back there was mention of a meditation taught at one of the workshops last summer in Espanola. The words were in English and I think are as follows: The me within me is the Purity The me within me is the reality The me within me is the grace I am the master of the space. Can anyone tell me if this is correct, and also, what exactly is this meditation for. Thank you, John
Guest guest
Thanks so much for posting this. There is one correction. Delete the "the" from the first versison in the first 3 lines. > Me within me is purity > Me within me is reality > Me within me is grace > I am the master of the space. > I have two versions of that meditation: one version from Prosperity Path, > issue 37, and the other from Gururattan Kaur. > > Gururattan's version is the following: > Me within me is purity > Me within me is reality > Me within me is grace > I am the master of the space. > Repeat out loud for 11 minutes. Sit with a straight spine hands on the lap > in Venus lock which means that the fingers are interlaced with the right > thumb over the left thumb and the other fingers alternating accordingly. > > In Prosperity Paths: > It is called the Meditation to Affirm Yourself and Your Prosperity > Sit straight with erect, balanced spine. Place the palm of the left hand > over the heart center at the middle of the chest. Place the right hand in a > fist on the right side at the level of the shoulders with the elbow relaxed > along the right side. Extend the index finger straight up toward the sky. > Look down past the tip of the nose. Repeat this affirmation: > Me within me is Reality > Me within me is Beauty > Me within me is Grace > I hold this Space > 11 minutes >
Guest guest
Sat Nam, I would like to correct my correction. I was just informed that someone checked the original tape of Yogi Bhajan and it does include the "the". So ignore my correction. Thanks, Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur Me within me is the purity Me within me is the reality Me within me is the grace I am the master of the space.
