Within me meditation

That is the third version of the "Within me. . ." meditation that I

have seen. We did it at the Fall Yoga Festival in Millis, MA on October 14,

2000, and as taught there, the mantra was:

 

Me Within me is the Purity

Me Within me is the Reality

Me Within me is the Grace

I am Master of this Space

 

Mudra position was: Left hand- palm facing down, forearm parallel with the

ground, at the level of the chest.Right hand- forefinger pointing up, elbow

relaxed at the side,with forearm pointing up (like position for a pledge).

 

Unfortunately, I did not make any notes as to the effects of this mantra, but

it had a very nice feel and rhythm to it.
