I had heard that it is very good to meditate to, since the sound of the Gong there is no barrier to in our psyche, or at least that is what my friend (who lent me the videos) understood and said to me. I bought it directly from her when she taught a class in Espanola, so I don't know who sells it, but I'd imagine Ancient Healing Ways or Golden Temple will. I will check with my teacher Yoge Ji Kaur and see if she can tell me again. I originally experienced it in one of her classes about 6-8 years ago. Sorry that I wasn't more help. This mantra has been swirling around me for about two weeks now. I am wondering about mudras that accompany this med, their function and a deeper understanding of the overall meaning (translation as well as connection between any mudra & the mantra itself.)
