Guest guest
Sat Nam Karta! Ancient Healing Ways is on-line at: http://www.a-healing.com/ They have "The Ancient Sound of the Gong", but don't seem to have "Pavan Pavan", which I got from Golden Temple (800-829-3970). It is by Guru Shabad Singh (that is the only one the catalog lists). The translation: The air, the air, the air, the air. The Infinity and beyond the Infinity. The air is the Guru. The air is the Guru. Wha! The Guru is beyond description. Wha! The Guru is wonderful. The air is the Guru. There are, no doubt, other ways to use the mantra, but the one I'm familiar with is from "The Mind" (Gurucharan Singh), the "Meditation to Enrich the Mind": In easy pose, right palm up and left palm down, elbows by the sides, hands lifted to level of the heart center, hands held steadily - do not let them hang loose or without balance. Chant with the tape for 31 minutes, using the tip of the tongue distinctly. To finish, inhale and hold for 10-15 seconds. Concentrate on the hands. Bring the hands together to exhale, and then return the hands to the original mudra to inhale deeply. Hold and stretch the spine up. After 10-15 seconds, exhale strongly, and inhale deeply again. Stretch the spine totally, keeping chin in and chest out. After 10- 20 seconds, exhale powerfully through the mouth, and relax. Many blessings, Sadhant
Guest guest
Sat Nam and Thank You for your response Sadhant.. There is a woman who sells mantras and music at Solstice whose name is Hari Simran Kaur. Do you (or does anyone) know her website. ( I want to ay Cherdi Khalsa but that doesn't return a website...) I have just checked Ancient Healing Ways for Pavan Pavan to no avail. Be well, Karta - Sadhant Singh Kundaliniyoga Wednesday, February 14, 2001 4:55 PM Pavan Pavan Sat Nam Karta! Guest guest
Sat Nam Karta! Yes, I didn't think of them: http://www.cherdikala.com/ (they have it, too) Blessings, Sadhant
Guest guest
The website to which you refer is http://cherdikala.com. It also has sound clips so that you can sample some of the music. Another good site is http://a-healing.com. I was able to purchase Pavan Pavan by calling Golden Temple Enterprises. Their website is http://goldentempleusa.com. Here you can request an catalog and they also have phone numbers to call. At some point, it looks like we will be able to order directly from their website.
