sat nam all,

first i have question concerning the 4/4 breath meditation

(kundaliniyogameditation.html)

"Inhale, breaking the breath into 4 equal parts of sniffs, filling

the lungs completely on the 4th.

As you exhale, release the breath equally in 4 parts, emptying the

lungs on the 4th.

On each part of both the inhale and exhale, pull the navel point

toward the spine."

- should we pull the navel in at each sniffs of air (would mean to

pull in and out the navel 4 times on inhale, same on exhale)

- or to keep the navel pulled during the inhale and the exhale, and

release the navel at the end of the exhale.

second, i would like to know on which chakra to work or which

krya/meditation do thoses days. I feel out of focus, running in all

directions at the same time. To practice KY every day gived me more

energy to achieve a lot of things i wanna do, but now the problem is

that there are so many things i wanna do, that i can not focus on

anything and do one thing, i do 3 things at the same time or do

nothing because i dont know where to start.

My head is spinning now.. i think that meditation on the first 3

chakras would help, am i right?

sat nam!
