Guest guest Posted February 22, 2001 Report Share Posted February 22, 2001 Dear Sadhant and All, << Many of the classical inverted balance postures from hatha yoga (handstand, headstand, etc.) are helpful for improving balance, but we don't teach these in KY (also note that they are contra-indicated with high blood pressure).
