Here is a posting that answered a similar question:

Kundaliniyoga/message/3236

Think of it as a special type of yoga class that takes 3 days (or 1

day: I've only done it at Solstice where it is a 3-day event.) I'm

sure lots of people here will be interested to hear about your

experience, so have fun and come back and tell us about it!

Love & blessings,

Sat Nam Nick:

No. White tantric is group work that requires the active arrangement

and participation of the group, trained facilitators, and (regardless

of his physical location) YB. Also, some of the exercises used in

this work are not to be done outside of this context.

Many blessings,

Sat Nam!

> Please explain white Tantric to me ...

White Tantric Yoga is a 2 or 3-day intensive yoga course. It has the

powerful benefits of group practice. Hundreds of people do the same exercise

at the same time. It is called White Tantric because it works with the yin /

yang energies - men and women sit facing each other in long lines for the

exercises and the energy is said to go through the group in a Z-shape along

the lines. White Tantric courses are empowered by Yogi Bhajan's physical or

spiritual presence. The meditations are very powerful and most are done for

31 or 62 minutes. Since the course continues all day long, as you can

imagine it is a very intense experience. This causes essential breakthroughs

for the participants - after doing a WTY course you will find old negative

habits falling away and your spirits soaring.

WTY courses are offered throughout the USA and in some places in Mexico and

Europe. Please check the www.3ho.org page under Events for WTY courses

schedule. As the glowing recollections of the people on the list who went to

WTY in June will tell you, it is an awesome experience and highly

recommended.

Many blessings,

Satsang Kaur
