Guest guest
Dear Sadhant/Gururattan, Lately during my meditations I've been bumping into various VERY limiting and negative beliefs. In the past I've always been able to gently release them. Sometimes I had to fully understand them before I was able to let them go, but this time things are going really slow. Engaging in a mental discussion wether these beliefs had any "solid" reality has never made much sense to me, I would just let them go and the new mental attitude would come naturally (or not in case I didn't need one). I'm not a friend either of the "reprogram yourself" techniques where you would just try to convince yourself of exaclty the contrary of what the belief holds for "real". Could you advise me on what you think would be best to do? Should I just continue doing things like kirtan kriya or sadhana and just try to clear everything or should I try to work on each area wich to beliefs refer to one by one (i.e. heart-meditations for issues of self-love, aura sets for fear, etc.)? These really seem to be the core of my own personal challenges and it's driving me nuts knowing that they're there and not really being able to get rid of them! Thanks!, Henno
Guest guest
Dear Henno, Excuse me, but I did laugh when I read your letter. Not because of you, but because this is the nature of the energy at this moment. Everything is very slow while the sun is in Pisces. And then Mercury was in retrograde until yesterday and still slow. This offers us an opportunity (?) :+) to look deeply at our issues as you seem to be doing now. There seldom seems to be resolution when we are in the introspection stage of the process. You might consider accepting, even liking, this part of the process instead of trying to have it over with. Somethings don't just leave real fast. The good thing about slow times is that we have time to really work with them so we can make progress. If you can really make some progress at loving yourself during this time, then you will emerge at a high level of being when this time is over. My newsletter of Neptune will help. It has also been slow to write. I too have to learn gentle acceptance during this period. It gets presented to us in many forms. Work on your core issues and drive yourself nuts. Just kidding. But do work on your core issues. Connect with the divine within. Be more inner. Inside and in the emotional body is where we experience self love.
