Sat Nam,

A counterpoint here is of course to engage your practice

robustly without regard to "how you feel".......sometimes I percieve that to

really make progress in our work we must not wait until an emotion or some

momentum motivates us........ just recognize what we need to do & then ACT on

it without asking whether "we feel like it" ....as Saint Nike said "Just do

it"

Either choose to do something or choose not to do something. Adding

feelings of guilt and laziness are not helpful. It is ok to take a break if

that is what you are needing to do at the moment. You might just miss the

classes and return because you want to, not because you have to.

The most important thing is to follow our inner guidance. That is one of the

reasons why do do KY in the first place.

The Sun is in Pisces now and what we need to do during this time is quiet

meditation, reflection and relaxation. When the sun goes into Aires you

will probably want to do back to KY classes. Maybe some quiet time alone

now is the best thing for you. Take advantage of your time alone, it won't

last forever. We always think that where we are at at one moment will last

forever, but change in the nature of the universe.
