hello Everyone, I am Eric by name, Huggie by nature, a newbie on

this list.

When I was about 60 my hair was snow-white and thin, I was doing

k.Yoga at that time and I am sure that was why my hair started to return to

black.

It spread to about 80% and was thicker and stronger. 12 years later

(72) the white is starting to return.

I read from Gururattan K. of a Smiling Buddha heart meditation. I have

not heard of that. Are there instruction which could be posted?

In view of the result of having loving people in my life, I would like

to work on that. Even one such would totally change my life.

With love, Eric/Huggie

This is also called the Meditation for the Positive Mind (in "The

Mind"):

Curl the ring finger & pinkie into the palm and lock them down with

the thumb - the first two fingers are held straight. Bring the

elbows by the sides, hands by the shoulders so the two extended

fingers point straight up and the palms face forward, and then bring

the forearms and hands to a 30 degree angle. Press the shoulders

and elbows back and the chest out firmly (but comfortably). Eyes

closed, focus and concentrate diligently at the 3rd eye. Create a

slow, steady, deep, complete breath, and mentally pulse the

mantra "Sa Ta Na Ma" from the brow point out to Infinity.

Practice 11-62 minutes. To finish, inhale deeply and exhale 3 times,

then open and close the fists several times, and relax.

Try it for 40 days - during that time eat lightly and speak only

truth from your heart.

Love & blessings,

Sadhant
