Guest guest
Hello there, I have noticed that in other forms of yoga, it is not recommended that a woman do certain asanas (inversions, dynamic, etc..) when she is in her moontime (menses). Can you suggest a series for this time? Thank you,
Guest guest
Sat Nam, Mainly meditation and stretching. Depends on how you feel. Although I find I feel much better if I exercise. No heavy navel exercises, stretch pose or breath of fire. There are plenty of sets and meditations to choose from with these requirements. Be more inner with more time between exercises.
