My efforts now are directed towards a peaceful, conscious transition. I believe that everyone that dies consciously confirms an open door between this world and the next demension. Guest guest Posted March 4, 2001 Report Share Posted March 4, 2001 Hi, I am fairly new at this and have been reading and trying different methods to get my kundalini energy to flow. I basically start in meditation with exercising sphincter contractions. This creates a pre-ejaculation feeling in my lower chakras. In some cases this energy moves to my heart Chakra. This results in different emotional responses. Sometimes I cry, sometimes I laugh. I only hope that with time the movement will continue to my third eye or even my crown some day. I have no teacher and know of no one to talk one on one with about my experiences so my question is am I on the right path or a similar path others have been on? It seems this energy is so sexual in nature. Is this common for both men and women? After my sessions I feel so loving. This is so rewarding and leaves me with a glow that lasts all day long.
