Guest guest Posted March 2, 2001 Report Share Posted March 2, 2001 Sat Nam all, I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good kriya and/or meditation as preparation for playing snooker, also possibly a silent mantra during play. I realise this is a minority sport in the US, but it is very big here in the UK. I am looking for the following basic attributes: 1)Lots of self-confidence and positivity 2)Good concentration, possibly for a number of hours 3)Calmness and composure 4)Relaxation of neck, shoulders and arms 5)Luck Many years ago when I used to get really nervous, I was able to improve quite a bit simply by doing deep relaxation in corpse pose beforehand.
