I have found that waiting until the moment I begin and seeing "what I feel like" takes up a lot of time (thus eating into the time I have to practice)... and often, any set will do as long as it fits my timeframe. One such great "weekly cookbook" is Ravi Singh's book "Seven Days, Seven Rays" which does just that - covering all the principal areas with a different set for each day, and each set has a specific result in mind.
