Q: Daily Practice

Dear All,

One more question:

Is there a resource for "strategizing" a series of daily practices such

that all areas get covered? I have found that waiting until the moment I

begin and seeing "what I feel like" takes up a lot of time (thus eating

into the time I have to practice)... and often, any set will do as long as

it fits my timeframe.

I am considering planning a menu of KY sets in the same way I plan a meal

menu for the week. ;)

One such great "weekly cookbook" is Ravi Singh's book "Seven Days, Seven

Rays" which does just that - covering all the principal areas with a

different set for each day, and each set has a specific result in mind. More

about it at Ravi Singh's site:

Dear Friends,

If you order any books for videos from Ravi Singh please mention you were

referred by Gururattan Kaur (that includes this list, Sadhant Singh, Yoga

Technology etc.) Then we get a bonus. We will be carrying his videos in our

shop on www.yogatech.com in about one month. Of course, Gordon will let you

know.
