The name of the tea is coca leaf tea. But as far as I know it is illegal in

this country and only attainable in Bolivia and Peru.

I live at sea-level and experienced altitude sickness in the high

mountains of Colorado. Be sure to drink plenty of water, especially

if you are physically active, it is easy to get dehydrated which can

contribute headaches. I was also feeling nauseous and someone gave me

Dulse seaweed to eat. I usually don't like it but my body seemed to

crave it! I thought it might be for the iodine or salt but for

whatever reason I felt much better after eating it. It seemed like

having something out of the sea brought me the equilibrium I needed.
