Guest guest Posted March 7, 2001 Report Share Posted March 7, 2001 SAt Nam, There is a formula given by Yogi Bhajan. Drink a big glass of fresh grapefruit juice. Wait til you urinate. Then get in comforatably warm bath above navel. Sit with legs stretched out and move them up and down toward chest bending knee alternately for 15 minutes minimum. Over 4 hours add 5 minutes per hour time change. I never did it over 25 minutes and it worked. Then take warm to cool shower get in bed and sleep for at least 2 hours. Best done before bed so you can sleep more. It is recommended also to do Sat Kriya afterwards which I never did. Just went to bed. I do Sat Kriya the next day.
