Guest guest
Perhaps our esteemed Gururattan or Sadhant can guide me here. My spirit is strongly telling me to focus on a friend of mine, and pray for him. This person is on the brink of having a very special dream come true and I am truly joyful for him. I feel a strong, urgent need to send out special blessings and intense prayers of success and joy to him. I have seen meditations and mantras for personal prosperity, etc. But is there one I can do to send out blessings and positive energy to another person? I will greatly appreciate your guidance. Blessings and light to all, Jiwan Mukta _______________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com

My favorite is the Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung meditation, usually chanted. It is used to send out blessings to someone, whether as healing energy or just "good vibes". There is a really beautiful CD by Mata Mandir Singh that has it. I have heard different versions but this one is just wonderful. The usual posture is sitting in easy pose with your elbows by your sides and the palms upward parallel to the ground. The fingers should be straight and pointing away from you at 45 degrees laterally. Blessings to you and your friend... Guest guest
I have done this one with the arms up at 60 degrees side by side infront of me with the palms facing down. I remember both positions being mentioned in _Transitions..._. The musical version I know is doing it in an ascending scale. At the end you hold and project healing. You can also use your intention to send your blessings and light a candle for him or something like that. Guest guest
Sat Nam, There is also a great version of RA MA DA SA mantra by Gurunam Singh that is on our website www.yogatech.com. I listen to it every day and I have heard that Yogi Bhajan does too. It is just healing to have around in the air. I also hold people in my heart instead of sending the energy out. Then I don't get depleted. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
