Men usually need around 60-100 gms a day depending on weight, women need 40-80 depending on weight. Mono unsaturated (olive) and EPA oils (flax, borage, fish) are good for lubricating the body from the inside out, and making hair shiny, nails strong, eyes clear, balancing HDL/LDL etc... Moisturizing from the inside out is good too by drinking lots of clean water.
