Sat Nam Bernie & all,

I relate well to what you write. I was in exactly

that position and was drained by the negativity, mostly of staff.

But it had its good moments; to hold a patients hand and be with them

as they crossed over and to shared stories of the olden days, etc.,

Owing to rapid staff turnover, after only 6 mths. I was in a charge

position and it was a much happier place, especially for the elderly patients.

One might say that when the *Light* shone from a higher position it

illuminated more space and people!

The higher up staff would duck responsibility and leave it to me;

which suited me fine and the junior staff once said they would raher work

under me than go to the circus!

May I suggest that in your meditations you visualize your workplace

and flood it and the people there wih unconditional love. Might help!

Whereever you can, explain to the relatives the importance of

continuing to send love to the one who has died and to be open to love in

return.
