Guest guest Posted March 12, 2001 Report Share Posted March 12, 2001 I have read that YB recommends we do the following daily: A)Kirtan Kriya, Sat Kriya and One-minute breath (53 mins) B)Aquarian Sadhana chants (62 mins) I am a bit confused, are we supposed to do both (A) and (B) daily..or one or the other..or can we choose some combination of the two to fit our available time? Not that I am anywhere near this stage yet..just looking for a little guidance on how to build up my practice.
