Guest guest
Sat Nam! There was talk about the benefits of Sodarshan Chakra Kriya awhile back. It sounds familiar, but I can't find it. What books is it to be found in and/or what is its description? This could be a problem with most schedules There are many different approaches to sadhana, including the ones you mention. It is best to experiment to see what works for you (and, of course, this will change over time). BTW, another great routine is 31 Sat Kriya, 11 Kirtan Kriya, 31 Sodarshan Chakra Kriya. Last year I did a sadhana that Gurucharan suggests, alternating between doing this routine one day and the Aquarian chants the other - it was wonderful! Many blessings, Sadhant PS - don't forget to relax after Sat Kriya "OUR DESTINY IS TO BE HAPPY" - Yogi Bhajan You can UNSUBSCRIBE from this list at the eGroups Member Center (My Groups), or send mail to Kundaliniyoga- NO UNSUBSCRIBE REQUESTS TO THE LIST PLEASE!
