Sat Nam!

There was talk about the benefits of Sodarshan Chakra Kriya awhile back. It

sounds familiar, but I can't find it. What books is it to be found in

and/or what is its description?

Re: Sadhana question

Sat Nam Nick:

Someone in the Espanola ashram once told me that if we did everything

YB said we should do every day, it would take just under 42 hours.

This could be a problem with most schedules :)

There are many different approaches to sadhana, including the ones

you mention. It is best to experiment to see what works for you

(and, of course, this will change over time).

BTW, another great routine is 31 Sat Kriya, 11 Kirtan Kriya, 31

Sodarshan Chakra Kriya. Last year I did a sadhana that Gurucharan

suggests, alternating between doing this routine one day and the

Aquarian chants the other - it was wonderful!

Many blessings,

Sadhant

PS - don't forget to relax after Sat Kriya

Dear Carlos,

Thank you for your beautiful testimonial letter.

Yes, it is our spirit that makes us feel warm and cozy inside. It is

wonderful how quickly KY works if you practice on a regular basis.

Continue inhaling through left, exhaling smoothly through right
