Doing it for 40 days in a row allows you to really feel the benefits of it, and 1000 days in a row provides mastery. You can do several different kriyas, of course (if time permits), but we don't recommend creating them yourself. There are thousands of different kriyas, so it is easy to find one that fits your exact needs. You may want to experiment with different kriyas until you find one you really like, and then work on it. To do a 40-day set, what one should do is first build up the times until you can do every exercise for the full time, and then repeat for 40 days. > 2) How important is to follow the recommended time? You could also create tape recordings, using your voice, or a bell, or whatever you prefer, to signal the end. Guest guest
Sat Nam This group is absolutely delightful! Some advices, please. 1) Should I do a different exercise sequence each day or should I stay with the same till I have it memorized or feel improvements? Can I make a combination of different series? 2) How important is to follow the recommended time? Checking the watch disturbs my concentration sometimes. Love to all, Cristina
