Guest guest
Dear friends: Some time ago there was a thread about sets for each chakra - I was reading in the teacher's manual (a huge book that one gets during teacher training), and happened to run across a listing of sets by chakra - there are 2-3 for each one. I'd be happy to post this information if people are interested, but I also wanted to pass on some thoughts about the Master's Touch itself. First of all, not everyone that goes there is planning to become a teacher. It is a great opportunity to learn a lot of in-depth information about KY that you won't find in any other books, not to mention acquiring this wonderful book, which is full of useful stuff, lectures by YB, and so on. And you get to do sadhana and lots of yoga & meditation with a large group of other people who are really serious about KY, and get lectures by YB every night (you even get a chance to meet him if you'd like). It is a truly amazing and inspiring experience. I met some wonderful friends there - I hope to see many at Solstice this year. It did wonders for me as both a student and a teacher - I'd been teaching for 6 months when I went, and when I came back I had to completely redesign my classes! I realized how little I had known about this stuff and felt as if I was starting from scratch... And the growth I went through in those 2 weeks was astonishing. For example, at the physical level, kriyas that I found incredibly difficult just a few weeks before seemed like no big deal when I got back. Of course, after YB makes you hold your arms up in the air for an hour, most things seem like no big deal So, if you are interested in teaching, or just getting a lot of intense KY training (and a big dose of personal transformation either way), I can't say enough good things about this course. This year, it starts July 11 and runs through July 28. Love and blessings to all, Sadhant
