I started a kundalini yoga class in February and am so interested in learning more. I love the class and find that something about kundalini yoga really seems to resonate with me. My question is about videos. I like to use videos at home and find that they work really well for me. I have the "Chakra Yoga" one with Gurutej Kaur and think it is great. I would like to get another one and have learned of two more - one is "Kundalini Yoga for Relaxation" with Nirvair Singh Khalsa, and the other is "Kundalini Yoga" with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa.
