When I first started kundalini yoga, I had only his videos to learn from and they were hard to me at first and as I continued and found an instructor so I could have some personal instruction I found that when I went back to the videos they were easier. I had gotten better!?? To this day, I still love Ravi Singh's videos and have continued to use them when I need alittle push when doing my yoga or when I don't have a class. You can find them thur Ancient Healing Ways catalog or Ravi Singh's website. His website people by phone are not always the most pleasant of people though. I hope you find them and enjoy!
