Guest guest
Sat Nam, Sat Nam Rasayan is a healing technique where healing takes place by the change in one consciousness. > > So, when I do Sat Nam Rasayan (I feel I'm still relatively new at it), I should gently touch the patient with my right hand? In SNR it does not matter what hand or foot or you touch someone with or if you don't touch them at all. You don't change energy through direct touch or flow of energy from one person to another. You change and your patient changes. I read > > where touching the brow crown with fingertips can help activate intuition and have been using my right hand to do this. If I'm > > interpreting you correctly, perhaps I should switch, then? Not relevant in SNR. This discussion is related to KY in that it teaches about the power of pure consciousness. Use it as a meditation technique in your personal practice. One of the basic ideas is to release all resistance. Do not try to control anything, just change your energy by releasing resistance.
