Guest guest
Dear Gururattan: 2 questions about the 4/4 energizing breath, "On each part of both the inhale and exhale, pull the navel point toward the spine." 1.- So, you don't inflate the stomach in the inhale? I tried to do it, but felt a little dizzy. 2.- ¿do I have to keep the navel point pulled towards the spine between each breath ? Correct. Concentrate on expanding the lungs, front and back. > I tried to do it, but felt a little dizzy.
